Watch Chef prepare Petto di Pollo al Pepe Verde a dish of his own creation that includes charred chicken breast served with soft green peppercorn sauce flambè with brandy and served with pan fried Mediterranean vegetables. You can choose aubergine baked cake instead of vegetables.
